4. Assistance in the application for the SBA 8A program, Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Hub Zone, Women Owned & Port Authority Certification : Disadvantaged Business Enterprises
5. Necessity and Convenience studies for the establishment of laboratories and pharmacies
6. Promotional material preparation
7. Certification of Incorporation, Employer Social Security, etc.
8. Federal and Local Government Bids Identification: Continuous notification of local government, federal & private sector bids. Technical assistance to help your business obtain contracts with GSA(GSA Schedule).
9. Assistance in the registration in the following registers: Phoenix, Central Contractor Register (CCR), DUNS Number; Pro-Net; Unique Vendors Register of the General Services Administration and Merchants & Businesses Compulsory Register of the Puerto Rico Commerce & Exports Company.
10. Pharmaceutical Industries Diversity Program - Under the Diversity Program the Pharmaceutical Industry at the corporate level is requesting that all the products & services suppliers (all the active and the interested ones) being certified as Small Business under the following categories: 8ª, Small Disadvantaged Business, Veterans Disabled, Veterans Owned, Womens Owned & HubZone. The certified companies obtain competitive advantage and preferential rates at the moment they do business with the pharmaceutical industry. MBEC serves as a link between the suppliers and the pharmaceutical industry , because the MBEC assists and helps in the preparation of the solicitation of this certifications and the complementary registries of that this certifications requires.

Veterans Owned - Veterans Disabled - Under this program the MBEC can help Federal Agencies to accomplish their contracting goals, by helping the Veteran Owned businesses with the registries and certifications in order to be able to supply the different agencies. Also the MBEC provide different types of assistance like commercial loans, marketing, etc. We serve as a link between the Veteran Owned Business, the Federal Agencies and the Pharmaceutical Industry.
